The conference package
What a conference package includes various from a hotel to the other. However, usually the coffee break in the morning and afternoon, lunch – be it served or buffet style - and drinks in the meeting room are included. Also, certain technological equipment is part of a conference package.
If a longer meeting is planned, the overnight stay is also included in the meeting package. Depending on the hotel and the offer, the package can be designed and put together according to your needs.
The event technology
Nowadays it is close to being impossible to have a meeting without using technology. This is why some of it is usually included in the conference package as well. The basic equipment such as block, pens, flipchart, pinboard, screen and video projector are usually part of the package in the Austrian conference hotels.
However, if you will have to show presentations featuring films and SoundClouds, then you may need speakers or a professional PA system, which may be charged at an extra cost.
The moderator case
Most workshops and trainings require a moderator´s kit, which is why most hotels provide conference planners with one free of charge. Especially at workshops and lectures you need such a toolbox. With the help of pens and colored cards, presentations can be attached onto the whiteboard. This allows to illustrate content or to visualize the discussed matters.
